The campaign for a safe pedestrian/cycle bridge across the tracks at the immediate rear of King’s Cross station has written to Google to request they they build the bridge.
If you’d like to add your name to that letter, or add comments of your own, visit the campaign’s site, email the campaign, or add your details by commenting on this post.
It will make it water instead of blood under the bridge.
Olaf,
if you use the same contractors to build the bridge as used to build King’s Cross Underground Station it will take about ten years, never be finished, and bodged up.
This bridge is needed to make our area a safe and welcoming environment for all
What an opportunity to create something inspiring, technologically exciting and inventive, whilst providing better permeability of the area, safer cycle routes, etc. Time for architects to think outside the box and prove that this country can create things that are of true architectural merit.
