Well, that was fun! But a bit confusing having it dated November 2008, as it’s so recent as to include those lovely sun-blocking slabs going up on York Way opposite Randells Road!
Impressed. I enjoyed the video, it reveals the scale of the project, particularly against St Pancras station in the background. I worked there for British Rail(LMR) for 3+months as a student civil engineer, around 1961. One Sunday morning we delayed the Royal Scot because a crane fell over on the track, happy days!
surprising the thing did not collide with a local pigeon or was hot down as potential terrorist threat 😉
I want one of these!
