I'm struck that the Cally is attracting young people, often women to run improvised pop up shops and galleries. This is a great new phase for the Cally. Here's Kristie and Coralie the co-owners of the marvellous Drink Shop Do at 9 Caledonian Road which began as a pop up shop. I've had some great cake there. Kristie and Coralie talk about why Kings Cross is where it's at.
And here's Louise and Sherri who run the Vintage Girls vintage clothing pop up shop at 358 Cally Road (opposite the Co-op) on why they love the Cally.
Well done girls! thanks for promoting the pop-up shop on the Cally. What a great day – Many Thanks to Cllr. Paul Convery, Anya, Mohammed and team for their hard work and all who made the Cally Festival The place to be!!!
Drink Shop & Do is totally fab!

You could call it a place of (night) entertainment for adults – it’s very ‘King’s Cross’
They can’t spell though; “Big Black Disco Ball’s (sic) & Peep Holes”
