Bridget Fox, Lib Dem parliamentary candidate interview

Kings Cross is part of the Islington South and Finsbury seat to be contested at the General Election. I have offered each of the major candidates the chance of either an article or a video interview for this site, which reaches 400 people a day.  My objective is simply to give the candidates a chance to speak about what electing them for the constituency as a whole would mean for Kings Cross.  I am not trying to be a local Jeremy Paxman.  Questions are on planning and the environment, crime, housing, transport.  The first up is Bridget Fox, the Liberal Democrat Candidate.  I haven't heard back yet from the Conservatives and the Greens – if you are reading this get in touch.

Feel free to comment but in the general spirit of this site keep it polite, respectful and factual – if you want to have party political slanging match there are plenty of other places on the internet for that.

    Will,

This is a great idea. Personal video interviews are great and hopefully will speak to the issues in our immediate community.

I do hope however that this will be extended to those running for the position of local Councillors as I feel that their being able to speak to the voters on local issues will set them apart from party politics – and i feel this would be a good thing.
