Most residents of South Kings Cross will probably be happy to see that the Kings Cross Rd corner  Acton Street brothel has closed down recently. Whilst the shop appeared to be well managed with little local incidents, as far as I know, it was a reminder of what now appears to be a distant past of Kings Cross.   The shop front is available for rent to less controversial takers.
