Are you having problems with your post? At the Battlebridge Court block on Wharfdale Road, among a range of post delivery problems, our post is being left in communal areas rather than posted through our letterboxes, making it vulnerable to being picked up by anyone and everyone. It is impossible to know whether our post is going missing. This despite complaints to the Post Office; each complaint being met by the same response: ‘we have informed our staff not to leave post in the communal area’.

I’m getting tired of complaining as it doesn’t actually change this poor practice. So… is anyone else out there having similar problems? If so, are you interested in seeking alternative ways to make representations about it to try and get effective action taken?
