Click on the photo to see why the squirrels in Bingfield Park have left my bird feeders alone – they now go to Bun in the Oven bakery on the Cally Road and buy baguettes for sandwiches (click picture to enlarge). I really don’t know where he got this from but he scooted up the tree with it after a fight with the pigeons. Has anyone seen Tufty in Iceland buying fish paste? Or, i guess Nutella. They have largely left the feeders alone now but i only get a pair of blue tits and a pair of great tits. The chaffinches have gone. Any suggestions on how to improve bird life in the park more than welcome.
Kings Cross Environment 
Been loving the bird feeder… but not so much the dog poo that still is shat all over the park… as we approach summer (ha ha) I wodner if some signage might be put up to discourage people from letting their dogs foul all over the park. There are children that play there (albeit with ASBOs) and some of us might want to relax in the sunshine when it arrives!
