There are lots of good things about living in Kings Cross (which is why this website focuses so hard on cleaning up some of the bad things) La Primavera cafe at 341 Caledonian Road, near the Ferodo Bridge opposite Offord Road is a favourite for me.  Endlessly cheery and helpful Italian staff and good basic pasta, sandwiches, lasagne etc. Worth a visit, shame it isn’t open on Sunday mornings.
