The EDF electricity sub station on Treaty Street is a persistent tipping hotspot – it has already featured here but i have had no joy with a more permanent solution.  The land is not owned by the Council and the owner does not clear tipped junk, right next to a school entrance.  I am having another go at this with ICSL on behalf of the North Kings Cross Environmental Task Force
